Shipping & payment conditions

We deliver all watches directly to your home – fast, safe and reliable. If a watch is not available, or if the dispatch will be delayed, we will inform you by e-mail. All offers are without engagement (no delivery force). 
The dispatch costs are staged in dependency of the destination as follows: 

Germany = free
European Union = 14,95 Euro 
outside European Union = 29,95 Euro 

The delivery for Europe starts in our store in Germany by DHL or Fedex. Every parcel is covered by insurance up to € 500.00 against loss and transport damages. All articles are examined and packed carefully by our dispatch staff. If you receive a damaged article please make a confirmation of the damage in front of the postman. Damaged parcels (lacerated packing, totally or partly loosed goods) have to be declared by the addressee within 24 hours. The declaration of damage is necessary for every compensation.
